Sebastian will guide you through the official Gyrotonic curriculum content of each of these courses, infusing your body with a dynamic understanding of the movements, and the system of Gyrotonic as devised by its creator, Juliu Horvath. Sebastian offers clear and insightful instruction, informed by years of dance, Gyrotonic teacher training, and his own studies with Juliu Horvath. Continuing education workshops and advanced training courses are also available.

All courses taught by Plettenberg Movement require advanced registration and a deposit, and are subject to minimum enrollments. All deposits are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by Plettenberg Movement or the host studio. Plettenberg Movement and the host studio are not responsible for any travel or other costs incurred by participants in a course.
